Alvaro Morata took part in his first Chelsea training session on Sunday - and immediately felt the wrath of manager Antonio Conte.
The Spanish forward became Chelsea's fourth signing of the summer when he joined for £67million from Real Madrid.
He is seen as the replacement for Diego Costa, who is set to leave London in favour of a return to former club Atletico Madrid.
Morata was in the capital last week to complete his medical and pen a five-year contract before he travelled to Singapore to meet his teammates.
And as these pictures show, Conte wasn't afraid to set his new buy staight.
On Saturday, Chelsea defeated arch rivals Arsenal with a thumping 3-0 victory where Michy Batshuayi netted twice and gave an impressive performance.
Before the match, newbie Morata seemed destined to become Blues' first choice, however the Belgian striker has clearly shown that he is ready to fight for his place.
He will have plenty to demonstrate on his debut in Chelsea's jersey against Bayern Munich on Tuesday in Singapore. Antonio Conte's side then face Inter Milan next Saturday, before playing Arsenal in the Community Shield.
While Morata takes the chance to train with his fellow Chelsea mates and talk to new boss Conte, Pedro has left the training ground and returned to England.
The Spaniard suffered a concussion after clashing with Gunners keeper David Ospina on Saturday.
