A non-league footballer has been ordered to pay child maintenance payments to England star Jamie Vardy’s wife.
Luke Foster and Rebekah were locked in a year-long feud over money she insists she was owed to help raise their eight-year-old son.
Now the Child Support Agency has refused Luke’s plea to be “cut some slack”, telling him to pay around £250 a month.
A source said: “Luke didn’t pay maintenance for months and the CSA were chasing him.
"Becky just wants him to take some responsibility.”
Mum of four Becky, 35, is reportedly set to star in the new series of I’m A Celeb.
Luke, 32, last played non-league footballer for Ilkeston and then Coalville Town.
He is now in management at Oldham Athletic and said he was trying to get his finances sorted.
“I want to pay for my child,” he said.
Becky wed £80,000-a-week Leicester City striker Vardy last year.
