SEAN Dyche revealed Kieran Trippier text him to tell him he was holding a sign up in his honour at the PDC World Darts Championships on Wednesday night.
Former Claret Trippier was in attendance at the Alexandra Palace with his Tottenham team-mate Danny Rose and both players had written a sign that was picked out by the TV cameras and shown on Sky Sports.
While Rose hailed Tottenham goal-machine Harry Kane, Trippier had a message for his former boss Dyche, declaring him the 'Ginger Mourinho'.

Dyche said it was a nickname that Trippier used for him when they worked together at Turf Moor and said the right-back, who made 185 appearances for Burnley under Dyche, had pre-warned him about the sign.
“He used to call me that in training all the time I don't know where he got it from," Dyche said.
"That's the kind of connection I have with my players, or ex-players in this case. He did warn me by text, he may have had a lager shandy...(it was) a bit of fun."
