I think Dyche was right to make changes, but he made the wrong ones in my opinion.

On Saturday, I'd start Defour in place of Hendrick and if Gudmundsson is fit, I'd bring him in for Boyd.

We now seem to have an issue at right back, I don't think Lowton or Flanagan are good enough. I found it interesting that Dyche suggested that Tarkowski could play at right back if need be, makes me think he isn't happy with options in that position either.

I wouldn’t make too many as I did think we were a lot better in the second half, albeit without having many clear cut chances.

I’d keep the forward line as you need to give them a chance to gel and I prefer Barnes to Vokes as he’s just more mobile and gives the defenders a hard time.

The only changes I’d make is I’d have Defour in for Arfield as we had very little creativity coming out of the midfield and I’d have Gudmundson in for Boyd if fit.

It could be anyone's guess who the gaffer will pick in his starting 11 on Saturday as you can sense in particular away from home he is now trying to find the right balance to stop this mini rot.

I would stick with the same team that played at the Bet365 stadium. It's the first time Flanagan, Gray and Barnes have started for the Clarets together and they are all key positions and in my opinion they will need more than one game together to get it right.

Usually Dyche likes continuity in team selections so I would stick with the same starting XI.
