Slaven Bilic has confirmed that Andy Carroll is available for selection ahead of Monday night's Premier League meeting with Huddersfield.

The Hammers boss, speaking for the first time since the transfer window closed revealed that the big striker was on course to make his first appearance of the season.

However the news isn't so good for Argentine international Manuel Lanzini or Swiss midfielder Edimilson Fernandes.

"He's ok," said Bilic, when asked about Carroll's fitness. "He's been training for almost four weeks with us now and looks good. He's going to be in the squad for the game, definitely.

"Manuel will not, he's got a ver similar injury but not on that level. He's not ready for the game and he's not going to be ready for a couple of weeks, minimum.

"Maybe three weeks; it'd be great if he comes back for West Brom but it won't be a surprise if he misses that too.

"Winston Reid is back so apart from Manu and Fernandes, who done his ankle whilst he was away with the Swiss national team, all the others are back."
