Midfielder Otis Khan's five match ban will begin on Friday against Manchester United. The 22-year-old was sent off for pushing referee Kevin Johnson during Saturday's 2-1 loss to Chesterfield Town. Yeovil appealed the suspension, but it was upheld on Wednesday.

Omar Sowunmi is a doubt for the FA Cup clash after missing last weekend's game through illness and underwent a heart scan on Monday.

The big talking point will surely be the debut of Sanchez, who spent four seasons at Arsenal and scored 80 goals in 165 games for the club. The Chilean won the FA Cup twice with the Gunners, so is very familiar with the competition and will be eager to show his new club what he can offer.

Mourinho may also use the game to assess the strength in depth of his squad, giving some fringe players a chance to impress. However, he needs to be wary of a potential upset from Yeovil, who are playing in front of their home support and have already eliminated Southend, Port Vale and Bradford City from the competition.

Yeovil manager Darren Way has claimed he will go all out to upset United despite being the lowest ranked team left in the FA Cup. Way is content with a draw, telling BBC that "Our minimum aim is to take United back to Old Trafford for a replay."
