That's the frank admission of Red Devils head of academy Nicky Butt, who was part of the famed group.
Butt emerged from United's youth system in 1992 alongside David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Phil Neville.
And those six players helped lay the foundations for the club's immense success under former boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
United pride themselves on bringing through top prospects and have had a homegrown player in their first-team squad for every single game since October 30 1937.

Butt admits the chances of United ever being able to blood a crop of players like the Class of 92 are slim in the modern era though.
Asked if the Class of 92 can ever happen again, Butt said: "Yeah, if you look at the squad now there are probably five or six from the academy – Marcus [Rashford], Jesse [Lingard], Scott McTominay, Axel Tuanzebe, and a couple of lads who are out on loan.
"But to get five or six from the same team, it is going to be very difficult with modern football.
"I hope it does because we’ve got a lot of talent but, for it to happen, it’s a brave, brave man to put six or seven in a first team when you can get sacked after just three months in charge.
"So whether it happens again – it would have to be the right manager, the right board, and the right club.

"At the moment, other than us, I can only think of Tottenham that would do that at the moment.
"That’s my job at the minute to get players up to the first team so the manager can pick them and help them win things."
United's senior side will be looking to get back to winning ways when they return to Premier League action.
They welcome Newcastle to Old Trafford on Saturday November 18.
