Paper round-up: Man Utd £50m Rose bid, double Arsenal exit, judgment day for Klopp

Manchester United are ready to make a £50million bid to land Danny Rose, according to The Sun

The Tottenham left-back was left out of Spurs’ 2018 calendar suggesting his time at White Hart Lane could be coming to an end.

And The Sun claim United could target Rose as a long-term solution to their left-back woes.

While Arsene Wenger admits Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil could both leave in January despite ongoing contract talks.

“Both players look happy and overall I hope the situation can be turned round, but at the moment we are not close enough to announce anything. Talks are going well,” Wenger said.

But when asked of the possibility of the duo leaving the Emirates, Wenger said: "Once you are in our kind of situation you have envisaged every solution, yes. It's possible.”

And Liverpool’s showdown with Manchester United tomorrow could be judgement day for manager Jurgen Klopp.

Former Reds ace Paul Ince believes if Liverpool lose to United, their title chances could be over.

“If Liverpool lose, could you really class them as title contenders? I can't see it anyway, and if they drop three more points here they're not going to make that gap up - no chance,” he said.
