Man Utd news: Marcus McGuane being monitored, Arsenal in contract talks - report

MANCHESTER UNITED are looking to snatch Marcus McGuane away from Arsenal, according to reports.

Arsenal youth player Marcus McGuane sharpens his finishing

McGuane, 18, is one of Arsenal’s brightest midfield prospects and has established himself as a regular in their Under-23s side.

And his performances earned him his first-team debut in the Europa League last month.

He replaced Reiss Nelson in the 79th minute against BATE Borisov in ’s 4-2 win in Belarus.

However, doubt has been cast on his future with his current contract at the Emirates set to expire at the end of the season.

Arsenal have already lost Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to Liverpool and look destined to lose Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil next summer after allowing them to run down their deals.
