03.30: Nigel Winterburn is confident Alexandre Lacazette can emulate Arsenal legends Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry.

Arsenal paid a club-record fee when they signed Lacazette for £52million from Lyon last week.

22.40: Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has had his head turned this summer and the lack of Champions League football has influenced that, according to commentator Ian Darke.

Sanchez is out of contract at the end of next season and Darke says Manchester City are the only side in for the Chile star currently.

"I think his head has been turned," Darke said on ESPN FC.
