The Belgian has made just two substitute appearances in the Premier League this season, after suffering an ankle injury on international duty.

But he was given a rare start last night in the Carabao Cup and already looked back to his best.

And one particular moment of magic got Chelsea fans very excited.

In footage posted by the Blues’ official Instagram account, Hazard is seen controlling a long ball from Cesc Fabregas with remarkable ease.

He then shrugs off one defender before sending the Forest keeper crashing to the ground with a ridiculous turn.

And to finish, he managed to pick out teammate Michy Batshuayi to fire home into the bottom left.

More than 400,000 people have seen the clip since it was uploaded earlier today.

“That touch and turn was epic,” one wrote.

Another added: “I could watch this all day.”

While a third commented: “What a display of skills, unselfishness and teamwork.”

The 26-year-old wasn’t the only player who impressed in the 5-1 thrashing.

Youngster Charly Musonda scored a brilliant goal on his full senior debut.
