According to Transfer Market Web, Arsenal are tracking Jankto.
And the same site claim Everton have renewed their interest in him too.
West Brom and Stoke have apparently dropped out of the race to sign Jankto.
However, the midfielder is being eyed up by Udinese's domestic rivals Juventus, Roma and Inter Milan.
French outlet Paris St-Germain are said to be keen on Jankto as well.
Udinese are under no pressure to sell him on the cheap as he's contracted until 2021 though.
