Ivan Perisic to Man Utd: Fee almost agreed, star going on pre-season tour - Dharmesh Sheth

MANCHESTER UNITED are closing in on Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic.

That's according to Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth.

The Croatia international has been tipped to join the Red Devils in recent months, with Jose Mourinho a huge admirer of the winger.

United and Inter have struggled to agree on a transfer fee for Perisic this summer.

The Serie A giants are demanding around £48m for the 28-year-old.

And according to Sheth, the Red Devils are close to agreeing a fee but Perisic will travel to China with Inter today for their pre-season tour.

"Let's start with Manchester United and developments on Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic," Sheth said on Sky Sports News.

Mourinho wanted to land Perisic before Inter jetted off on their pre-season tour today.
