MANCHESTER UNITED are on their way to the USA to begin pre-season.

Manchester United leave Manchester Airport for USA pre-season tour

Jose Mourinho and his players including new boy Victor Lindelof were pictured both at the airport and on the plane as preparations for 2017-18 begin.

Paul Pogba and incoming megastar Romelu Lukaku are both already in Los Angeles, and they have been training ahead of the rest of the squad’s arrival in California.

The Red Devils will kick off their tour against LA Galaxy next Sunday before games against Real Salt Lake, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Mourinho’s men will then return to Europe to face Valerenga in Norway and Sampdoria in Ireland before competitive action starts with the UEFA Super Cup showdown against Real Madrid in Macedonia.
