However, the striker might have to settle for a move to Spain or Holland.

Lozano, 21, was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United last summer.

But the forward went on to remain with Pachuca, where he continues to impress.

He has bagged 15 goals in 26 games for the Mexican outfit this season.

Speaking last month Lozano explained that he's keen to strut his stuff in Europe.

"I believe many [leagues] are beautiful, I like the English and the Spanish very much," Lozano told Univision.

"But let’s see how things are and decide.

"The one I would like most is Manchester United, I like this club a lot and it’s a very important club."

Despite his enthusiasm for the Red Devils, Spanish news outlet Don Balon reckon Celta Vigo and PSV Eindhoven are the two clubs battling for his signature.

Celta are frontrunners to snap him up once the transfer window re-opens.

But it's suggested Celta will need to sell a striker before they can secure Lozano's signature.
