Jose Mourinho insisted that he wouldn't be adding any more attacking options to his squad following the arrival of Alexis Sanchez but the United boss is now interested on bringing Maguire in to sure up his back-line, according to the Daily Mirror.

The 24-year-old joined the Foxes from Hull last summer for £17million but his price has trebled after enjoying a stellar season at the King Power Stadium.

Maguire still has four years left remaining on his current deal, which expires in 2022.

The centre-back has already made his debut for England and is expected to be in Gareth Southgate's plans for this summer's World Cup.

If Maguire were to leave in a big-money move, Claude Puel has set his sights on Brighton's Lewis Dunk as a potential replacement.
