- Arsenal have confirmed the £56m arrival of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
- Mesut Ozil signed a new three-and-half-year deal to stay at the Emirates
- Former midfielder Alex Song has been back training with his old team-mates
After the despair of a 3-1 defeat to the bottom side in the Premier League on Tuesday night, Arsenal fans have enjoyed quite the turnaround on Wednesday.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's club-record £56m move from Borussia Dortmund was confirmed in the morning, before Mesut Ozil signed a new contract extension.
And with Alex Song back training with the first-team after being released by Rubin Kazan, Gooners are letting their imaginations run wild.

The Cameroon international left the Emirates for Barcelona in 2011, but his star has fallen steadily ever since.
Yet in the wake of a dire performance away at Swansea, Arsenal fans see the 30-year-old as the answer to their defensive midfield problems.
Supporters were already nailing their colours to the mast on Twitter after the announcement of Aubameyang's big-money move.
One user claimed he was 'better than Harry Kane', another proclaimed it as 'the best day ever' alongside the news of Ozil's new three-and-a-half-year deal.
Song's presence at the Colney training ground had some proclaiming he was 'better than Xhaka' and the 'best DM in the world.'
Another simply implored Arsenal to 'Announce Alex Song'. Any move for Song would not be dependent on the closing of the transfer window, with the midfielder a free agent.
Aubameyang's first outing in an Arsenal shirt is expected to come on Saturday when Arsene Wenger's side visit Everton.
The Gabonese striker has plenty of admirers, and even received a good luck message from former rival Robert Lewandowski.
The Bayern Munich striker tweeted: 'It was a pleasure to compete with you. Only a healthy fight is pushing us forward.'
