Liverpool's big guns were out in force on Thursday night as Jurgen Klopp's squad traveled to London ahead of their Premier League clash against Arsenal.

The Reds' menacing front four, Philippe Coutinho, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah, were all present as they arrived at Liverpool Lime Street station before catching a train to the capital.

The match will see Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain face off against his old side for the first time since leaving Arsenal for Liverpool in the summer transfer window.

Liverpool thrashed Arsenal 4-0 in their previous meeting back in August as Oxlade-Chamberlain featured for the Gunners just four days before leaving for Anfield.

Oxlade-Chamberlain joined Klopp's side in a £35million deal on deadline day and produced his best performance in a Liverpool shirt during their 4-0 win at Bournemouth last time out.

The result was Liverpool's second successive clean sheet during a run which has seen them concede just four times in their last nine matches.

It's a remarkable improvement at the back after Liverpool leaked 16 goals in their first nine games of the Premier League season.

But while Klopp says he is encouraged by Liverpool's recent defensive displays, he urged his side to remain wary of Arsenal's attacking threat on Friday.

'We are a team who are very offensive-orientated, but that doesn't mean that you have to give any space away,' the Liverpool manager said.

'The boys did well in different systems, which I really like a lot because that is the biggest improvement, but only because they now do the jobs in the moment, much more often.

'There are always things to work on, that's how football is, but of course the numbers are important - only four (conceded) in the last nine is good.

'But it's in the past. We have to be ready for a different challenge on Friday. It's Arsenal and they have quite a talented group there! We need to be spot on in this specific part of the game.'

Just one point separate fourth-placed Liverpool and fifth-placed Arsenal in the Premier League table heading into Friday night's clash.

Coutinho, Firmino and Salah all scored in the 4-0 win at Bournemouth on Sunday while Mane was an unused substitute, demonstrating the plethora of attacking options at Klopp's disposal.

In total Liverpool's front four have managed 29 goals between them in the league this season with the division's top scorer Salah accounting for 14 of the total.
