Juventus ready to table £4.5million deal for want-away Liverpool star Emre Can after contract negotiations stall
- Emre Can's contract at Liverpool is due to expire at the end of the current season
- The German hasn't had a concrete position under Jurgen Klopp so far this season
- Talks over a new deal for the midfielder broke down early in November
- Juventus have expressed their interest with a view of securing him on a free
- Massimiliano Allegri is set to offer Can a £4.5million-a-year deal with Juventus
Juventus are ready to make their move for Liverpool midfielder Emre Can, as the Serie A giants line up a mammoth £4.5m-a-year deal for the German.
Can's contract will expire next summer, and with negotiations over a new deal having stalled last month, he is free to negotiate a deal to move abroad at the conclusion of his time in Merseyside.
And, according to Goal, the midfielder is at the top of Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri's wishlist, with the Italian looking to bolster the central area of his side.

The Germany international has struggled to nail down a position at Anfield this season
With this in mind, reports recently suggested that the two clubs had agreed terms for the move, which both clubs and player have rejected.
That said, the Italian champions for the past six seasons are reportedly ready to offer the 23-year-old a deal worth in excess of £4m per year which would see him become one of the club's highest paid players – with only Miralem Pjanic, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain taking home more.
Juventus are also in need of some reinforcement in their central areas with Sami Khedira enduring a torrid injury spell, leaving Allegri with an unsettled first-choice midfield.
Can has been used a substitute by Jurgen Klopp on numerous occasions and is ready to leave
As well as this, Allegri is prepared to offer the German international regular playing time, something he has not become accustomed too of late under Jurgen Klopp.
So far this season, Can has made 13 appearances in Liverpool's 17 Premier League games, of which he has either been substituted on – or off – five times, and remaining an unused sub on three occasions.
Klopp though, has insisted he knows as much as those spreading the rumours, claiming: 'It's pretty rare that I speak to him about the contract situation because we gave already all the information that we can give - that's it.'
