The Chelsea boss has been fined and since apologised for his behaviour against Swansea
He had admitted: 'I made a mistake. With my players I suffer. It's a pity.'
'I was angry because despite twice I said to the fourth official 'look, because they are wasting a lot of time'. I shout this. I accept the decision of the referee.'
The 48-year-old also added that he hoped Swarbrick would learn from the incident at Stamford Bridge.
He added: 'I also want the referee to learn something, for me, Swansea was wasting time.
'In this case, the referee has to try to protect the team that want to win, want to play football.'
The FA said in a statement that Conte had admitted the misconduct charge and accepted 'the standard penalty' for the offence.
Chelsea currently lie in third place in the Premier League and visit West Ham on Saturday.

Chelsea face West Ham on Saturday who will hope to have Javier Hernandez back fit
Meanwhile, West Ham are hopeful Javier Hernandez will be fit for their home clash with Chelsea on Saturday.
The 29-year-old has not appeared since a 4-1 loss to Liverpool on November 4, when he suffered a thigh injury.
But Hernandez is back at Rush Green for first-team training and is pushing for inclusion in David Moyes’s squad.
However, West Ham will not want to rush the Mexico striker back and risk a setback with a derby coming up on Wednesday against Arsenal.
Andy Carroll (knee) is not yet back in full training but the striker should be in contention to play before Christmas.
