Chelsea may have already qualified for the last-16 of the Champions League but they will be desperate to secure top spot in Group C when they host Atletico Madrid.
The Blues have their destination in their hands and know victory at Stamford Bridge will cement top spot and see them avoid many of the tournament's major sides in the knock-out phase.

Atletico Madrid crashed out of the Champions League on Tuesday night after they were held to a draw against Chelsea in west London.
Stefan Savic's own goal cancelled out Saul Niguez's header that had given Diego Simeone's men hope of qualifying for the knockout stages.
The 1-1 also meant that Roma, who beat Qarabag in Italy, finished top of Group C above Chelsea.
So a hectic second half comes to an end.
Atletico Madrid have been dumped out of the Champions League while Chelsea qualify in second place.
Not an ideal result for either camp, really.
Great effort from Batshuayi! He outmuscles Savic in the air and breaks away towards the Atletico box.
He takes a look up and sends a curling effort towards goal, but the spin of the ball just sends it beyond Oblak's right-hand upright.
A poor ball from Willian there. Chelsea caught Atletico napping and broke quickly.
Willian has to play a simple pass to put Hazard clean through down the middle, but overhits it and it runs through to Oblak.
Last chance saloon then for the visitors, who are throwing everything at Chelsea in the final minutes of this game.
They, of course, still need a helping hand in Rome, with the Italians 1-0 up against Qarabag.
But this game is seriously opening up here and defences are getting stretched and frenetic.
Correa makes a lovely break down the right for Atletico. He looks up and drills a low cross across the face of goal.
Griezmann had stopped his run, however, and his despairing dive is not enough as the ball dribbles out for a goal kick.
What. A. Miss.
Hazard, who has played out of his skin tonight, goes past the Atletico defenders like they aren't there to get into the box.
He squares it to Willian, who is on the penalty spot in acres of space.
He opens up his foot to slot home but blazes miles over the bar!
Batshuayi on for Morata
Correa on for Gabi and Vietto is also on for Giminez.
A bizarre breakaway then finds Alvaro Morata one-on-one with Oblak.
The Atletico defence appears all at sea and Fabregas is allowed to find his compatriot just outside the box.
But fortunately for them, their superstar goalkeeper rushes out to close Morata, spreading himself wide.
The Chelsea marksman is unable to beat the keeper, who sticks his foot out and is equal to the task.
Fabregas curls a ball into the box and a poor clearance finds Eden Hazard on the edge of the area.
He skips past a defender or two and drills a shot low, which is deflected into the roof of the net by Stefan Savic!
Willian is now introduced in place of Zappacosta.
Looks like Chelsea will now play a flat back four with Willian playing as a winger/playmaker further up the field.
Pedro is found in the box and steers a clever flick towards goal.
Morata charges in at pace to get a toe on it — and does. But the goalkeeper Oblak also leaves his line to close down the Spanish attacker and he gets a bang on the head as he collides with fellow defender Giminez — who was also covering.
But he gets up and appears to be fine after some treatment.
Pedro makes an immediate impact. He dummies and nips it pas the defender down the left wing before ghosting into the box and forcing a save down low.
The resulting corner is taken quickly and a ball is fizzed across the box before Andreas Christensen dives with his head.
Any connection should surely be a goal!? But no, it just shaves his head and goes wide!
Huge chance!
Pedro on, Bakayoko off. Some attacking impetus needed if Chelsea are to regain top spot in Group C.
So it looks like Carrasco has come into midfield and Griezmann is now up front on his own as Atletico look to defend this lead.
Their fate, however, still lies largely in Qarabag's hands. They need to equalise for Atletico to go through.
So Roma have just taken the lead against Qarabag also.
Which means Chelsea will now be second in the group if these results stay as they are...
Carrasco on, Torres off.
The former Chelsea man gets a standing ovation at Stamford Bridge. Nice touch.
A whipped corner finds Fernando Torres at the near post, who flicks with his head to the back post.
Saul Niguez gets away from his man Bakayoko, who was sleeping, before powering a header into an open goal at the back post!
What a strike that almost was from Filipe Luis! The former Blues left back picks up the ball in space about 25 yards out and he is allowed to settle.
He picks his head up and smacks a left-footed effort towards goal.
Courtois dives but is helpless as the ball clatters into his left-hand post.
That was so, so close. What a start to this second period!
An ugly, sliding challenge from Davide Zappacosta on Stefan Savic sees him go into the book.
His studs were just up and he clatters into the Atletico man's ankles.
A stunning period of play sees Chelsea cause a siege on the Atletico goal.
Hazard bursts through a couple of defenders into the box and tries to curl one into the far corner.
A sliding defender gets a foot to it and it just sails over the bar for a corner.
Morata then gets up and headers the resulting corner and Oblak has to be quick to palm it up before collecting.
Foul by Christensen and it's a silly one from the Blues defender.
Griezmann has his back to goal about 25 yards out and Christensen goes through the back of him.
The Frenchman steps up and whips a fierce effort but it's right down the middle and Courtois takes the sting out of it before collecting comfortably.
Chelsea get the second half underway...
So it's as you were, then, in this group. Roma and Qarabag are also deadlocked at 0-0 which means if it stays as it is, then Chelsea would go through as group leaders and Roma in second place.
Will that prompt an attacking change from Diego Simeone in the second half?
You'd think so...
OUCH! Gary Cahill steams in to volley a ball which has trickled out to the edge of the Atletico box.
Griezmann knocks the ball past the Blues defender and instead of the ball, Cahill volleys the Frenchman's foot.
The referee keeps a calm head and realises there was no malice. But wow, that must've hurt.
Gabi gets away with one there. Kante skips past his opposite number, looking to break again, and is brought down cynically near the halfway line.
Danny Makkelie only blows for a free-kick. A little lenient there.
Chelsea, simply put, look sharper. Whether that is down to the hosts' impeccable organisation in defence or Atletico's lack of imagination in attack.
Every time the visitors go forward they are meant with a brick wall of blue which they are unable to penetrate.
Antoinee Griezmann looks fairly lively but has little attacking influence around him to help.
Filipe Luiz plonks another ball in the box but, again, there are no attackers there to latch onto it.
Fabregas then gets to the byline and fizzes in a low cross.
Bakayoko beats the man at the near post but can only volley wide.
Chance of the half!
Zappacosta cuts in from the left after an exquisite bell from Cesc Fabregas. Zappacosta pulls it to the near post before it goes through two or three pairs of legs.
Jan Oblak has to get down in double-quick time to get a big right hand to it and shovel it around the post for a corner.
Stunning goalkeeping.
Lucas Hernandez just gets another talking to from referee Danny Makkelie. The Atletico man just has a little nibble at Morata and he has to be careful not to get sent off — which would ruin any hope still obtained by Diego Simeone.
Chelsea go forward through the magical feet of Eden Hazard, who skips past two or three defenders on the right before searing into the box.
It falls to Bakayoko, who lifts the ball into the box and Oblak has to come out and collect with Morata waiting at the back post.
Giminez tracks Morata as he bursts into the Atletico half with the ball but the defender fouls him cynically.
It allows Chelsea to mount an attack and Eden Hazard is found by Bakayoko in the box.
The visiting defenders rush to close him down on the 18-yard line but cannot get there quickly enough.
The Belgian swings a right leg at it but completely fluffs his lines and another chances goes begging.
Former Chelsea man Filipe Luis whips in a cross from the left-hand touchline — after Atletico fail to penetrate the defence with narrow passing — and Davide Zappacosta, under little pressure it must be said, nods for a corner.
It falls to Partey on the half-volley 25 yards out and he hits it... but it flies over the bar.
He's really on fire here the Spaniard!
Morata is found on the left-hand side of the Atletico box and there appears to be no immediate danger.
But the Chelsea No 9 swivels before any defenders get near him and unleashes a left-footed effort from near the left-hand corner of the box.
Oblak can only palm in it away after being surprised by the Morata strike.
Some neat build-up play across the Chelsea box from Atletico.
Chelsea are defending with five at the back and their industrious midfield three in front.
The visitors look to pick a hole but it's slim pickings for Simeone's men.
Another attack is foiled and Chelsea are allowed to break quickly with Eden Hazard. Moses is found again on that right-hand side.
He makes a bee-line for the box and toe-pokes it into Morata, who slides and gets a foot on it.
It forces a smart save from Oblak, who has to get down low and quickly to his right to remain at 0-0.
Another menacing attack from Chelsea, who are really putting their foot down now.
Victor Moses is unleashed down the right-hand side for Chelsea and just gathers before it runs out for a goal kick.
He fizzes in a low ball to the on-rushing Eden Hazard, but Atletico scramble and manage to quell the danger.
Hosts starting to pick up the pace now...
Oh what lovely work from Morata! He receives the ball to feet, back to goal, just outside the Atletico box.
The visiting fans jeer as soon as the ex-Real Madrid man touches the ball.
Morata swivels and whips a shot at goal. Oblak is helpless as he watches the ball just shave past his left-hand upright.
Lucas Hernandez crashes into the back of Eden Hazard, who picked the ball up on the half-way line.
A clear yellow. First man in the book.
Cynical challenge from Partey, who hauls down Bakayoko on the left wing of Chelsea just inside the Atletico half.
It allows Chelsea to get a foot in the game and Alvaro Morata is found running across the face of the box. He takes a nice touch and draws the foul from Giminez... dangerous position on the corner of the box here.
Fabregas puts the ball in — and it's a good one. But it's just slightly too high for the Chelsea men in the box and Oblak collects.
Atletico know they need a result and are playing a high line. Thomas Partey is giving Gary Cahill plenty of work down this right side and the long, high ball is an obvious ploy by Diego Simeone's men.
Chelsea's bank of five in front of the defence is forced to stick to its task rigidly in these opening exchanges.
It seems to be the visitors who are enjoying the lion's share of possession early on.
A couple of sloppy passes by Chelsea have allowed Atletico to settle in and somewhat dictate play.
Bakayoko is brought down in the centre circle by Saul Niguez, who makes his presence felt early on against the towering Frenchman.
The game is trying to settle into a rhythm after a fairly frantic hour pre-game.
Niguez attempts a shot at goal from about 25 yards out but scuffs it into the feet of Fernando Torres. The former Chelsea man turns on the 18-yard line and unleashes a shot, but it is deflected over the bar for a corner.
First chance for the visitors.
Not the best of starts, within five or six seconds the ball was kicked off... No one is really sure why. But it was a drop ball and Griezmann kicks it to Courtois which brings a round of applause.
The odd sort of start this game deserved given the build-up.
Zappacosta, meanwhile, cuts in from the left from about 30 yards out and fancies a crack. He hits it... but it flies well over Oblak's bar.
Atletico kick-off at Stamford Bridge.
Handshakes done. Coin toss coming up. Just seconds away...
So the visitors are finally out for their short warm-up with just over 10 minutes until kick-off.
Strike partners Antoine Griezmann and Fernando Torres look particularly calm and focused ahead of the tie.
Antonio Conte will hope these pair don't fire in west London tonight.
Fernando Torres starts for the visitors - his first return to Stamford Bridge.
When he scored for Chelsea against Atletico Madrid he refused to celebrate... so he must be experiencing a moral quandary.
Chelsea XI: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Cahill; Zappacosta, Fabregas, Kante, Bakayoko, Moses; Hazard, Morata
Subs: Caballero, Rudiger, Alonso, Drinkwater, Willian, Pedro, Batshuayi.
Atletico XI: Oblak; Gimenez, Savic, Lucas, Luis; Koke, Thomas, Gabi, Saul; Griezmann, Torres
Subs: Moya, Vrsaljco, Godin, Carrasco, Correa, Vietto, Gameiro
Diego Costa has not travelled with the Atletico Madrid squad to Chelsea but his team-mates are counting down the days until he can play for them again.
Costa struck a deal to return to his former club in Spain in May but cannot register and play until the transfer market opens in January.
Filipe Luis, another player who joined Chelsea from Atletico before making the return journey after failing to settle in London, said: 'It is frustrating seeing him playing like an animal, but he can't play
Kick-off hoping to be at the scheduled time of 7.45pm... but there are still no confirmed teams.
Atletico have been caught up in London traffic and have arrived at Stamford Bridge later than they would have liked.
So that means a shortened warm-up for the visitors as UEFA are keen to get this game and the Roma vs Qarabag tie kicking off at the same time.
So Chelsea sit two points above Roma, who host Qarabag tonight.
It could go down to head-to-head and Roma have the head-to-head over Chelsea with a win in Italy and a draw at Stamford Bridge.
So Antonio Conte's side will be looking for a win to ensure top spot.
As Fernando Torres returns to Stamford Bridge, it is only natural that the striker will reflect on a Chelsea career that became best known for a wailing cry by Gary Neville.
Co-commentator Neville could not contain his excitement as the substitute scored for 10-man Chelsea, sealing the unlikeliest of triumphs against Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
‘Unbelievable,’ the former Manchester United defender exclaimed as Chelsea sealed their spot in the Champions League final. It went down as Torres’ greatest contribution to Chelsea.
... so let's take a look inside the Chelsea dressing room.
