Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola wore a yellow ribbon on his jumper during Monday's Champions League press conference.
Guardiola told reporters that he had donned the small badge as a gesture of support for imprisoned politicians Jordi Cuixart and Jordi Sanchez, who remain incarcerated amid the row over Catalan independence.

Guardiola was born in Santpedor in central Catalonia and became a club icon for Catalan club Barcelona, winning multiple domestic and European titles as both a player and a manager.
The 46-year-old wore a similar ribbon during City's 3-1 win over Arsenal earlier this month when he said: 'I hope that the politicians in prison can leave as soon as possible for their families.
