Bayern Munich have ended their interest in Alexis Sanchez as the Bundesliga side's president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge insists the Arsenal forward has already chosen his next club.
It has long been reported that Sanchez is less than comfortable at the Emirates Stadium, with the Chilean coming close to a summer move to Manchester City.
But while neither a move to Bayern or Pep Guardiola's City ever materialised, the Metro reported that Rummenigge believes Sanchez has his mind set on his next destination.

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says Bayern ended their interest as Sanchez has already 'decided'
'I think Sanchez has already decided which club (to join), so I suppose that the door will be closed in January,' Rummenigge said.
The Bayern president had just witnessed his side put three past Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund at the Westfalenstadion on Saturday - moving four points clear at the top of the table - and was unconcerned by his statement.
'That's not an issue, and he is no direct substitute for Robert Lewandowski as he is not a real centre forward.'

The 28-year-old has struggled to light up Arsenal's season so far - scoring one Premier League goal - and faces a trip to his potential buyers City on Sunday.
But despite a slight blip in his start to the season, Arsene Wenger claims Sanchez will remain a Gunner come January.
'You say everybody thinks City will come in for Alexis (in January) – I am part of everybody and I don't think he will go,' Wenger commented.
'Do City need him? They have to decide that. But we need him here.'
Sunday's opposition manager Guardiola has played down any attempt to lure Sanchez away
The City switch seemed inevitable during the summer but while talk continues to circulate, Guardiola has since played down the potential swoop for Sanchez.
'He's an Arsenal player. His manager had to speak to him,' Guardiola said. 'You know the situation - before the transfer window was open, and now it is closed.
'He's an Arsenal player and is so important for them, for his talent that he has, you have to try and control him.'
