Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey believes the club have recovered from a 'weird' end to the transfer window ahead of Sunday's clash with Manchester City.
Arsenal were defeated 1-0 by Stoke at the bet365 Stadium before getting thrashed 4-0 by Liverpool at Anfield just days before the summer window slammed shut, leaving them with just three points from their first three Premier League games.
There was plenty of uncertainty at the time over the futures of Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who went on to make a deadline day move to Liverpool.

But since the transfer window shut, the Gunners have regained their form, having lost just once in all competitions since the beginning of September.
And Wales international Ramsey claims that Arsenal now head into the weekend's game with 'full confidence'.
'The Liverpool game was a difficult one for us,' Ramsey told Sky Sports. 'We had players who then moved to Liverpool in the next game, and players who were still unsure what was going on.
'It was a weird time for us. As a team, we were not quite at it 100 per cent. I don't know if those things affected it, but they couldn't have helped.
Arsenal suffered a very poor end to August, losing 1-0 to Stoke and 4-0 to Liverpool
'We have learned from that. We went to Chelsea and put in a great performance, and we were perhaps unlucky not to nick the game.
'We have done really well recently and are full of confidence, creating many opportunities. We are delighted with the way we have been playing of late.'
Arsenal face a tough task on Sunday at the Etihad as they come up against the ever-impressive Premier League leaders.
Arsene Wenger's side sit nine points behind Pep Guardiola's men, who have amassed 28 points from a possible 30.
