- Leicester hosted West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League on Monday night
Thanks for joining us for tonight's coverage at the King Power Stadium.
From everyone at Sportsmail, and myself Luke Augustus, have a good night!
Mike Dean blows his whistle to signal full-time. In truth it was a disappointing spectacle that didn't come to life until Chadli's goal.
However, the visitors will be by far the happier of the two teams with that point.
94 mins: Andy King comes on in place of Iborra.
There will be a minimum of five minutes added time to be played... will there be a winner?
84 mins: Chadli and Jay Rodriguez come off as Gareth McAuley and James McClean take their place.
82 mins: They really do. They're in the ascendancy and that equaliser has given them hope for a winner. Harry Maguire is the latest to try his luck with a long-range effort that is beaten away by Myhill.
The hosts are level thanks to Mahrez's first league goal of the season. The two substitutes Chilwell and Slimani combine as the former's cross finds the latter. Slimani's knockdown is controlled by Mahrez on his chest and his next touch sees him arrow a right-footed low strike towards goal and in.
74 mins: Islam Slimani comes on in place of Iheanacho, while Ben Chilwell replaces Danny Simpson as the hosts tweak their formation.
69 mins: Leicester are rattled. Ever since that goal, the Baggies are beginning to pick off the hosts at will on the counter-attack. Chadli's strike has thrown Leicester completely out of their rhythm.
68 mins: The wide man sees yellow for a desperate lunge on Craig Dawson.
AT LAST THE DEADLOCK HAS BEEN BROKEN!
And indicative of how the game has gone, the manner of the goal has to be questioned. From the resulting set piece the visitors earn due to Iheanacho's ill-discipline, Chadli steps up and curls an effort over the wall and into the net.
However, replays show that Kasper Schmeichel will be fuming with himself. Having set up the wall, he inexplicably moves to the other side of it, once Chadli kicks the ball, giving himself no chance to react - with the shot not even in the corner of the goal.
61 mins: The Leicester striker is cautioned for a foul on Krychowiak.
53 mins: There's concern for the visitors as Myhill goes down prior to a free-kick as result of that earlier clash with Vardy. After receiving some treatment he still doesn't look happy - one to keep an eye out on.
51 mins: I'm stunned. The whole of the King Power Stadium are stunned. Vardy sets Marc Alrbrighton free down the left and his brilliant low cross finds an unmarked Mahrez on the edge of the six-yard box. Somehow though he blazes over the crossbar unopposed.
Shakespeare's face says it all. It should really be 1-0.
46 mins: Hegazi is being tormented by Vardy and the former puts his side into trouble once more at the start of this half. His short back pass is latched upon by Vardy but Myhill is quick off his line too and clatters the striker just outside the area.
From the resulting free-kick though nothing comes of it.
Will there be a breakthrough in the final 45 minutes?
An uninspiring first half, things can only get better... right?
42 mins: Vardy has his first sniff at goal but it's not a pretty one - just like how the game has been so far. Simpson lofted cross is met with a mis-timed volley by Vicente Iborra. As the ball bounces into the ground, Vardy nips in ahead of Hegazi to head towards goal but it goes over for a corner.
35 mins: It's taken 35 minutes but finally we have a shot on target and it's a blistering one at that. After the Baggies fail to properly clear a Christian Fuchs long throw, the ball falls on the edge of the box to Danny Simpson. The full back hits a blistering effort first time towards goal but is beaten away by Boaz Myhill.
16 mins: It's a half chance really but the only clear 'sighting' of goal. Kieran Gibbs does brilliantly down the left to clip in a ball on the edge of the area to Nacer Chadli. However, the latter's first-time volleyed effort bounces into the ground and well wide.
Jamie Vardy has started was customary vigour and will inevitably continue to target Ahmed Hegazi down the left channel. The Egyptian picked up a fairly harsh booking but has looked troubled by Vardy’s pace. In fact, Hegazi has swapped with Jonny Evans to avoid further conflict, it seems.
Yup. It's been... far from... well, interesting so far.
Both sides haven't settled with neither goalkeeper tested so far.
One thing to keep an eye out on though is how Hegazi deals with Vardy running down his right-hand channel.
8 mins: West Brom boss Tony Pulis will already be given food for thought following the booking of his central defender Ahmed Hegazi. The Egyptian sees yellow for his second crude foul on Jamie Vardy in a matter of minutes.
Leicester get the game started. Here we go then. What do the next 90 minutes have in store?
Both teams are out on the pitch. It's not a full house but still the crowd inside the King Power Stadium whip up a noise as both players come out.
Craig Shakespeare insists there will be no room for sentiment as he attempts to lift Leicester's home hoodoo against his former club West Brom on Monday night.
Shakespeare has faced a tough start to his first full season as Leicester boss, having already played Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool in the first seven matches of the Premier League campaign.
Next up for the Foxes is West Brom, a club where Shakespeare made more than 100 appearances as a player and spent almost a decade as a coach, even taking charge of one game as caretaker manager.
West Brom midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak admits the Baggies need to recover their form if they are to avoid slipping down the Premier League table.
The Poland international wants to end their mini slump at Leicester on Monday night with Albion looking for their first win in five top-flight games.
Albion won their first two games of the season but have not triumphed since, having also been knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Manchester City.
West Brom XI: Myhill, Dawson, Hegazi, Evans, Gibbs, Livermore, Krychowiak, Barry, Rodriguez, Rondon, Chadli.
Subs: Nyom, Yacob, Phillips, Brunt, McClean, McAuley, Palmer.
Leicester XI: Schmeichel, Simpson, Morgan, Maguire, Fuchs, Mahrez, Iborra, Ndidi, Albrighton, Iheanacho, Vardy.
Subs: Chilwell, Gray, King, Hamer, Amartey, Slimani, Okazaki.
These sides have met on just six previous occasions in the Premier League, with Leicester winning three and West Brom winning two. Leicester have never beaten West Brom on home soil in the Premier League, losing two and drawing one.
The Baggies are unbeaten in each of their last seven away league games against Leicester City (W5 D2 L0), their longest ever run without defeat in Leicester.
Leicester City have won just five points from seven games so far this season, their joint-lowest return at this stage of a Premier League campaign alongside 1994-95, 2001-02 and 2003-04 – they were relegated at the end of each of those seasons.
Leicester have won just once in their last 10 Premier League matches under Craig Shakespeare (W1 D3 L6), this after winning seven of the first 10 under his stewardship.
Under Tony Pulis, West Bromwich Albion have scored more set-piece goals (excl. penalties) than any other side in the Premier League (46).
In Leicester’s title-winning campaign, Riyad Mahrez had a hand in 28 goals in 37 league appearances (17 goals, 11 assists). Since the start of last season, the Algerian winger has been involved in just 11 goals in 43 games (six goals, five assists).
Leicester City have won four of their last five Premier League home games on a Monday (L1), while West Brom have enjoyed just one victory from their previous 11 top-flight Monday games away from home (W1 D4 L6).
Tony Pulis has seen his sides score 316 goals in 317 Premier League games as a manager; no manager has a lower goals-per-game average in the competition (minimum 150 games).
Jamie Vardy has scored in three of his last five Premier League games versus West Brom, although all three goals have been at the Hawthorns.
Since Tony Pulis took over as WBA boss on January 1st 2015, Salomon Rondon has scored 18 Premier League goals – seven more than any other player for the club in that period. However, Rondon hasn’t scored in consecutive league appearances since September 2016.
And welcome to another instalment of Premier League football covered by Sportsmail.
Tonight's offering sees Leicester City host West Bromwich Albion in all-Midlands affair.
Follow all the build-up and action from the King Power Stadium as it happens with myself, Luke Augustus. Kick-off is at 8pm. Team news to come.
At the moment Leicester needed, Riyad Mahrez became the player of old. Found by Islam Slimani’s knock-down, the Algerian knew his mind and had the skill to execute.
Mahrez chested the ball and drove a finish into the bottom corner, bringing his team level with less than ten minutes remaining.
Having been dropped for Leicester’s last game, Mahrez celebrated his first goal since May by running to the dugout as if a point had been proved.
