Tottenham left back Danny Rose is reportedly setting his sights on a move to Premier League rivals Manchester United next summer.
The 27-year-old, who has not played since January due to a knee injury, angered Spurs officials in August when he did a newspaper interview in which he criticised the club's transfer policy, wage structure and lack of silverware.
Rose issued a public apology after being fined two weeks' wages but his future in north London remains in doubt, with Chelsea and United still very interested in the former Leeds youngster, who has the best part of four years left on his contract.

The left back is one of Jose Mourinho's top targets and United hope to sign him for £45million
Chelsea are also interested in Rose, but the 27-year-old is said to prefer a move north to United
According to the Daily Star, Rose has his heart set on a move to Old Trafford and would snub an offer from Chelsea in favour of a link-up with Jose Mourinho ahead of the 2018 World Cup.
United are said to be confident of signing Rose in a deal worth around £45million - £9m less than Manchester City paid Spurs for fellow England full back Kyle Walker this summer.
Doncaster-born Rose, who joined Spurs as a teenager in 2007, has made it clear that he intends to return to the north of England before he retires.
And a new left back ranks high on Mourinho's list of transfer priorities, with Daley Blind, Ashley Young and Matteo Darmian having shared the role so far this season.
Spurs are likely to drive a hard bargain and demand a huge fee for Rose, who has established himself as one of the best left backs in the Premier League over the past three years.
But the form of Ben Davies, who has scored two goals and provided two assists in six League games this term, could soften the blow if Rose does depart.
