Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has shared footage of him stepping up his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury in Miami.
Pogba has not played for United since September 12 when he hobbled off after 19 minutes of their Champions League victory over Basle and manager Jose Mourinho referred to the problem as 'long-term'.
But the Frenchman took to Instagram to post videos of him running on a treadmill, testing his upper body strength and agility and using exercise ropes before cooling off in an ice bath.

Pogba's posts will provide United and Mourinho with a welcome boost after an international break that has seen his midfield options further depleted after Marouane Fellaini injured his knee with Belgium.
Fellaini, one of United's finest performers in the early part of the season, faces a month on the sidelines with a knee ligament injury.
Pogba and Fellaini will miss United's match against fierce rivals Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday, while Michael Carrick is also a doubt.

Pogba's injury kept him sidelined from France's final World Cup qualifying fixtures but the 24-year-old made sure to keep up to date with his national side's progress.
He posted a snap of him watching France beat Bulgaria 1-0 on Saturday before his countrymen booked their place at next year's tournament in Russia with a 2-1 win over Belarus on Tuesday.
