Since arriving to the Premier League in 2013, eleven players under his managerial reigns at Southampton and Tottenham have made their debuts.

Rickie Lambert was the first player to make his debut under Pochettino’s management in their 3-2 win over Scotland on August 14, 2013.
Of the last 28 England debutants, including Lambert, 39 per cent (11 from 28) of them have made their Three Lions bows with the Argentine as their club manager.
Pochettino's influence is felt in the most recent England squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Slovenia and Lithuania - Dele Alli, Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Kieran Trippier and Fraser Forster were all given their England debuts under the Argentine.
Jay Rodriguez, Luke Shaw, Adam Lallana, Danny Rose and Ryan Mason also made their England debuts while playing their club football under Pochettino.
