Manchester City star Benjamin Mendy may be facing months out on the sidelines, but he is still very much focused on the team's fortunes after watching their win over Chelsea from his hospital bed.
The left-back remains in Barcelona after undergoing surgery on a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, an injury that could see him miss the rest of the season.
But he looked in fine spirits as he watched the match on a tablet and celebrated as if he was there when Kevin De Bruyne struck the sumptuous winner in the second half.

Mendy was not the only one absent through injury for Manchester City on Sunday night, with top goalscorer Sergio Aguero also missing out after being involved in a car crash on Thursday night while captain Vincent Kompany remains injured.
Pep Guardiola was forced to reshuffle his squad to accommodate the losses but the weakened team were still very much the dominant force as they played the reigning champions off their own pitch at Stamford Bridge.
However, Chelsea defended resolutely until De Bruyne finally gave Manchester City the lead they deserved in the 67th minute, exchanging a pass with Gabriel Jesus before firing in with his weaker left foot from 20 yards.

It sent Mendy into an enthusiastic rendition of 'Come on, City' all the way from his Barcelona hospital bed with the video accompanied by a series of tweets referencing the 'Shark Team', his affectionate nickname for Pep Guardiola's side.
After the game, Guardiola was quick to heap praise on the match-winner, saying they were lucky to have a man of his quality available.
‘Everyone is talking about Kevin De Bruyne,’ said City boss Guardiola, after the midfielder’s long-range left-footer handed Chelsea their second defeat of the season.
‘He was outstanding,’ said Guardiola. ‘He makes absolutely everything. He is the most humble guy.
‘I’m so happy for him because I know how happy he is.’
