Chelsea defender David Luiz played over 40 minutes with a broken wrist before his sending off in Sunday's draw with Arsenal.
Luiz, 30, is wearing a cast after suffering the freak injury falling into the advertising hoardings at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian centre back is suspended for three domestic games but is determined to play in the Champions League trip to Atletico Madrid next week.

And Conte, speaking after his side's 5-1 win over Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup, said: 'He must be okay.
'David is an important player for us. For sure he will be ready for the game against Atletico Madrid.'
Chelsea rate Luiz as a doubt for that game but he has already returned to light training exercises at Chelsea's Cobham base.
The suspension for Luiz's red card, dished out for a horror 87th minute lunge on Sead Kolasinac, will rule him out of domestic action until Chelsea play Crystal Palace on October 14.
That means he will also be absent for the match against fellow title rivals Manchester City on September 30 and the trip to Stoke a week prior.
