Manchester City will consider loaning Erik Palmer Brown to PSV Eindhoven when he joins in January.
The Sporting Kansas City defender is understood to have agreed a pre-contract with Pep Guardiola's side that will see him sign a four and a half year deal in January.
The USA under 20 captain is then expected to go out on loan to PSV as he does not qualify for a UK work permit.

Meanwhile, City and Chelsea are among the clubs monitoring 22-year-old Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. The 6ft 3ins Serbia U21 international was born in Spain and is represented by former Chelsea striker Mateja Kezman.
