Zaha is closing in on a first team return which will provide Roy Hodgson with a huge boost
After posting a video of himself running earlier this week; Zaha has again taken to Instagram to post footage of himself on a gruelling bike session using the state of the art Altitude Mask.
The Altitude Mask aids resistance training, pushing athletes to limit in their preparation.
Indeed, Zaha is in good company, the mask has become an important piece of kit for the likes of global superstars Gareth Bale and Anthony Joshua.
Zaha is likely to be a key player for Hodgson, who replaced Frank de Boer, earlier this week.
