Philippe Coutinho is putting in the hard yards on the training ground in hope of a starting berth when Liverpool welcome Sevilla to Anfield on Wednesday night.
The Brazilian is yet to feature for Liverpool this season, citing a curious back injury amid transfer interest from Barcelona last month, but will hope to make a return in the Champions League tie.
The Reds will hope to bounce back following their 5-0 drubbing at the hands of Manchester City on the weekend.

Boss Jurgen Klopp was on hand at the club's Melwood training complex to ensure his side shore up their defence ahead of the La Liga outfit's visit.
Up front, however, Klopp will have a full complement of attacking options at his disposal.
Despite the FA turning down an appeal from Liverpool to reduce Sadio Mane's ban, the forward will be available for the Champions League encounter.

But both Mane and Coutinho will be options up top for Klopp as the La Liga outfit visit Anfield
And with Coutinho vying for a spot in Liverpool's vaunted front three, Klopp cast an eye over his squad as they prepare to get their European campaign up and running.
Daniel Sturridge worked up a sweat while Danny Ings continued his recovery with the first team following his appearance for the under-23s against City on the weekend.
But while Liverpool's attacking form appears in rude health, Klopp will hope his side turn out a water-tight defensive display on their return to Europe's elite competition.
