Liverpool striker Divock Origi has sealed a season-long loan switch to Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, with the German club agreeing to pay £6million for his services.
Following the start of the campaign it became evident that Origi would struggle to get the starting opportunities he craved at Anfield.
The father of the player stated Origi needed to make a switch for more playing time, with a move in his best interests.

Liverpool have received the £6m loan fee from Wolfsburg and were inundated with requests for the highly-rated Belgian.
The German club will also pay the wages of the 22-year-old forward for the duration of his stay.
Along with the finer details of the agreement Liverpool have also inserted a clause allowing them to recall the player back to the Premier League, should they require his services at any stage this season.
Origi was omitted from the Liverpool squad for the opening games and sought playing time
Origi had also been strongly linked with Tottenham but Liverpool were not keen on doing business with a Premier League rival.
Since signing for the club in the summer of 2014 - but making his debut one season later - Origi has scored 12 goals in 21 appearances.
