West Ham, West Bromwich Albion and Burnley are showing keen interest in Lorient forward Abdul Majeed Waris.
The pacy Ghana international is rated at £12m by Lorient and the Premier League trio have all made enquiries in the past week.
The 25-year-old, who can operate as a winger or striker, first came to England as a 17-year-old to study at Hartpury College and the Nike academy and had trials with Manchester City.
Lorient forward Abdul Majeed Waris is attracting interest from three Premier League clubs
He has scored 21 goals in 58 games for Lorient and has been tracked by Celtic, Brighton and Fulham too in recent months.
He made the move to France after just a single season in Turkey, where he scored four times in 29 games for Trabzonspor.
Waris has earned 22 caps for Ghana, scoring four times and making the squad for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
