- Bryan Robson thinks the midfielder will be a 'great' for the club in coming years

Bryan Robson believes Nemanja Matic will go on to be a 'great player' for Manchester United following his impressive debut against West Ham last weekend.
Jose Mourinho completed a surprise £40million deal for Matic in late July after champions Chelsea agreed to sell following the arrival of Tiemoue Bakayoko.
And Robson, who starred in United's midfield between 1981 and 1994, thinks the signing of the 29-year-old will prove to be an inspired decision.

Jose Mourinho has spent almost £150million on new players during the summer window
'To have signed Matic was a masterstroke for me,' Robson told talkSPORT.
'The signs there at the weekend (against West Ham) were brilliant and I think he is going to be a great player for Manchester United over the next few years.'
Matic is one of three new arrivals at Old Trafford this summer, with Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof having also made the move to Manchester.
Lukaku scored twice in last Sunday's 4-0 victory over the Hammers and Robson is confident that Mourinho's transfer business has put the club in position to enjoy a strong season.
'You look at the squad in depth and we have got power and pace as well as the quality,' added Robson.
'We are going forward and we are going forward in a real good way.

'All of Mourinho's signings have been very good and they have definitely strengthened us.

'There is a real good spirit amongst the players at this moment in time.'
