Arsenal defender Gabriel Paulista is close to joining Valencia for a fee worth in the region of £10million.
The Brazilian joined Arsenal from Villarreal for £15m in 2015 but has failed to hold down a regular place for the Premier League outfit.
Arsene Wenger is keen to streamline his 33-man squad with Carl Jenkinson, Mathieu Debuchy, Kieran Gibbs and Jack Wilshere also expected to go.
Arsenal centre back Gabriel Paulista is closing in on a move to Valencia for around £10million
Gabriel made only 15 Premier League starts last season as Wenger's side won the FA Cup but missed out on the top four.
Wilshere, meanwhile, returned to action for Arsenal's Under-23 side on Monday following a broken leg, playing 75 minutes against Derby County in the Premier League 2.
The midfielder, who spent last season on loan at Bournemouth and has only one year left on his contract, is now wanted by Championship side Aston Villa.
Jack Wilshere is another star expected to leave as Arsene Wenger streamlines his squad
