Wilfried Zaha has been forced to wear a leg brace after the Crystal Palace winger was perpetually fouled in their opening-day defeat by Huddersfield Town.
The 24-year-old will be further assessed by the south London club's staff on Sunday and Palace boss Frank de Boer is hoping he is not told his main man is sidelined, with them going up against Liverpool at Anfield next.
News of an injury to Zaha would only make the Dutchman's week even worse after his home debut ended with him being beaten 3-0 by Premier League new boys Huddersfield.

Zaha played the full 90 minutes but was given a kicking at Selhurst Park, and his right knee seems to be suffering as a result.
The former Manchester United man was the most fouled player in the Premier League last season on 121. The nearest to him was Chelsea's Eden Hazard on 101.
On Saturday, Zaha was fouled four times by Huddersfield, and Palace felt referee Jon Moss was lenient and should have given more.
A sign of Huddersfield's plan to play aggressively in their first top-flight fixture for 45 years was that they also fouled Palace's Ruben Loftus-Cheek six times - the most in the Premier League on Saturday.

Taking to Instagram in the aftermath of the clash, Zaha uploaded a snap of his leg contained within the brace while on the way home.
The winger added a caption to the picture, reading: 'God shall protect me,' though deleted the image from his profile soon after.
