- Pennant put pen to paper on a deal, along with Kevin Foley and Leo Chambers
Jermaine Pennant is the latest former Premier League player to join ambitious non-league club Billericay Town.
The former Arsenal, Liverpool and Stoke winger has been without a club since leaving League One Bury at the end of last season.
After weighing up his options Pennant has joined the Isthmian Premier Division side, along with former Wolves defender Kevin Foley and West Ham youth product Leo Chambers.

The trio join former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara and West Ham and Fulham defender Paul Konchesky at the Essex club.
The deals were announced by owner Glenn Tamplin - a businessman who is hoping to take the club up three tiers to the Football League.
He said on Twitter: "BTFC big guns signed tonight Jermaine Pennant Kevin Foley Leo Chambers 3 premiership players now BTFC Players What a season this will be."
