Goals from Robbie Brady and Jeff Hendrink helped Burnley maintain their unbeaten run in pre-season and secure a 2-2 draw with Celta Vigo.
The Spanish outfit were held in traffic on their way to the friendly on Tuesday meaning kick off at Turf Moor was delayed by 15 minutes.
And a slow journey to the North West was followed by an equally slow start by Celta, who fell behind after only 12 minutes.

Ex-Fulham midfielder Jozabed Sanchez scored a three-minute brace to put Celta Vigo 2-1 up
Brady gave his side an early lead, finding the top corner of the net after the visitors gave the ball away in a dangerous area.
But Celta Vigo, who lost to Manchester United in last year's Europa League semi-finals, showed their quality to haul themselves back into the game.
A three-minute brace from former Fulham midfielder Jozabed Sanchez turned the match on his head.
Sanchez twice found space to shoot from outside the box. And twice the midfielder's efforts found a way past Nick Pope in the Burnley goal.
They were unable to hang on, however, as Hendrick blasted home a loose ball to ensure Sean Dyche's side continued their fine run of form ahead of their Premier League opener against Chelsea on August 12.
