Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has admitted he might have to settle for just one more addition this summer.
The Portuguese brought Victor Lindelof to the club before splashing out £75million on Romelu Lukaku, and he was keen to bring in a midfielder and winger to complement them.
Mourinho is understood to be keen on signing Nemanja Matic of Chelsea or Tottenham's Eric Dier to play in midfield and Inter Milan's Croatia international winger Ivan Perisic.

But a downcast Mourinho, speaking prior to leading his side's training session in the American capital, seemed to lack optimism that he would be able to bring in all of his core targets this summer.
Asked about the progression of transfers, he replied: 'I don’t know. Honestly, I don’t know. No. (Executive vice-chairman) Ed (Woodward) is in control. He did Lindelof and Lukaku.
'He knows that I would like two more players, but he also knows that I have balance, I understand the situation, I understand the market.
'If my club is not able to do two players and is able to do just one, I will accept that as a consequence of the market now.

'Our relation is good and I just wait for good news. He knows that for me good news would be to have the players or maybe just the player as soon as possible.
'To work with the team is really important. But I am calm. I like my players, I like my squad. I trust them. I am calm, and that is important.
'One player would be a midfield player that would give me more options to my team, more balance. The other would be an attacking player that could play through the wings to give me more attacking options.'

'I think the punishment of not to play in the final is enough. It’s a big punishment not to play in the final. I say that normally he would deserve a clean sheet and to start the next season ready to play in the Super Cup.
'Now it is an important player for us that is not able to play in the Super Cup and the first match of the Champions League group phase but to not play in the final and Super Cup is a very harsh punishment.'
