The Gunners could welcome back Olivier Giroud and Per Mertesacker, who were forced to miss the win over Bayern with a mystery illness.
New signing Sead Kolasinac started the match but had to be replaced midway through the first-half after being sick on the pitch.
Wenger originally thought food poisoning was the cause, although Arsenal's medics believe a mild stomach bug is the more likely explanation for the recent illnesses.
