Arsenal legend Nigel Winterburn believes that new striker Alexandre Lacazette can have a huge impact for the club but has warned fans to have patience.
Lacazette joined Arsenal in a club record £53million move on Wednesday from Lyon, signing a five-year contract with the Gunners.
After finishing outside of the Champions League spots last season following a turbulent campaign, Arsene Wenger is determined to put things right and is also ready to lodge a £45million bid for Monaco's Thomas Lemar.
Alexandre Lacazette will be looking to hit the ground running for Arsenal next season
And former Arsenal left back Winterburn has been quick to praise the Lacazette move, claiming he has similar attributes to Ian Wright.
Winterburn told the Mirror: 'Whenever I have seen Lacazette play, he is in the mould of Ian Wright – quick and very dangerous in the penalty area. He has the makings of a great signing.
'It also shows Arsene's determination to make the squad stronger – and I believe there will be more signings and at least one more big one.'

Winterburn, who won three league titles and two FA Cups during his time with the north London outfit, also warns fans to have patience with Lacazette.
'Hopefully, he will hit the ground running and get goals right away,' said the former Gunners full-back.
'That would be ideal. But it may also take time for him to produce his best.
'That was the case with Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry.'
Arsenal fans will hope he can produce the magic like Thierry Henry, second left, and Dennis Bergkamp, right, did
