Liverpool look set to step up their interest in Christian Benteke after the Aston Villa striker has played in the FA Cup final.

The Belgium international is one of Liverpool's prime targets for the summer window, as the club look to bolster their forward line, but they will not make any move while he has a major commitment on the horizon.

Victory for Benteke's side over Arsenal will secure Villa passage into the Europa League as well as a major piece of silverware.
