As promised, it's proved to be a dramatic afternoon down at the bottom and it's not even done yet!
Manchester City are already thankful that Liverpool, Southampton and Tottenham have failed to win today as they host a struggling Aston Villa.
Join me on the above link for all the action at the Etihad Stadium. I''ll see you there!
It's also worth nothing that Watford have been promoted to the Premier League this afternoon and you catch all of today's post-match reaction across the country on the homepage. See you in a moment.
On the counter attack, Hull make the three points safe as Dame N'Doye finishes following a Gaston Ramirez assist.
Welcome back, Siem de Jong! It's his first appearance since August due to injury and he wastes no time to make his mark as he sweeps home with a sublime volley. Hope for the Toon!
Are Hull hanging on at Palace? On the contrary, the Tigers are pressing for a second goal! With three minutes left Liam Rosenior hits a stunning volley from long range but it cannons off the crossbar.
What a save from Kasper Schemichel! Burnley looked almost certain to grab an equaliser through Ben Mee's deflected effort, but the Foxes stopper somehow adjusts to tip the ball to safety.
As it stands Newcastle are just five points off the bottom three as they make their final two changes with over 15 minutes left.
Siem de Jong makes his first appearance since August following a return from injury to replace Remy Cabella, while Adam Armstrong is on for Riviere.
Jack Colback flashes a shot just wide for the Toon.
'That half-time change has certainly worked for Advocaat with Sunderland reversing the flow of the first half and taking the game to Stoke.
'They should be ahead by now, Begovic making amends for his early blunder with a great save to deny Billy Jones. But Costel Pantilimon has just produced an ever better, braver stop to keep out Mame Biram Diouf’s effort.'
If you know a Newcastle fan, do them a favour and buy them a pint this evening please. The Toon are on course for a SEVENTH straight loss as Jack Cork doubles the Swans' lead after converting Oliviera's cut-back. Toon fans are understandably furious at St James' Park.
A huge 20 minutes for Burnley and their Premier League future and they make a double change with George Boyd off for Ross Wallace and LukasJutkiewicz being replaced by Marvin Sordell.
'Just much better second half at The Hawthorns– four shots on target within 15 minutes. That’s four more than the first half.'
'Oh dear. This is NOT what Burnley needed. A Burnley penalty from Matt Taylor hits the post. There were Burnley fans around me with their backs to the action and their heads in their hands as it was taken, fearing the worst. And it happened.
'Then Leicester went straight up the other end, and Marc Albrighton's cross was scuffed towards goal by Burnley's Michael Duff, and his keeper Tom Heaton was desperately trying to keep it out when Jamie Vardy applied the killer poke to push it over the line. Foxes up. Burnley foxed.'
'Newcastle had produced arguably their best half of 2015 but now they find themselves behind to a stoppage-time goal and an early break at the start of the second period.
'And now they're about to lose defender Daryl Janmaat to what looks like illness. John Carver just cannot catch a break right now.'
What a HUGE couple of minutes in the relegation dog fight! On the cusp of taking the lead, Burnley are now behind after Michael Duff turns home Marc Albrighton's cross into his own goal, with Jamie Vardy making sure it crosses the line.
Agony for Burnley fans, ecstasy for Leicester supporters.
Incredible! It's not just QPR bottling it from 12 yards! Burnley are awarded a spot-kick after Paul Konchesky trips Matty Taylor, but from the penalty spot Taylor hits the post!
'Dame N'Doye atones for two earlier misses by putting Hull ahead. He would have been hard pushed to miss, though, needing only to steer the ball into an open net after Robbie Brady's shot bounced off the thigh of keeper Julian Speroni and straight into the Senegalese striker's path.'
'O’Shea makes it out for the second half but Will Buckley doesn’t as he is replaced by Danny Graham. It’s a more attacking Sunderland line-up now with Graham partnering Wickham in attack, and Defoe in behind.'
And for the really pessimistic Toon fans, this will prove a worry as down near the relegation zone, Dame N'Doye has struck for Hull to give the Tigers a deserved lead at Selhurst Park - tapping home from close range.
All that early hope for Newcastle...gone...it's all gone. Ryan Taylor curled a free-kick wide for the Toon but moments later Swansea go straight up the other end and take the lead through Gylfi Sigurdsson. Seven Newcastle defeats in a row is a real possibility now.
But West Ham are doing their best to change that! Aaron Creswell's free-kick was destined for the back of the net before Robert Green made a stunning save to deny his former club by pushing the ball on to the bar.
Hull strike the woodwork at the start of the second half after Ahmed Elmohamady's far post cross is nodded against the post by N'Doye.
The Tigers have impressed this afternoon but just can't find the breakthrough to take the lead... much like every other side at the moment.
An entertaining first half ends painfully for Sunderland skipper John O’Shea after he gets a boot in the face from Marko Arnautovic as he heads the ball away from the Austrian.
O’Shea needed several minutes of treatment before leaving the field clutching bandages to his forehead and nose, and headed straight down the tunnel as referee Martin Atkinson played out the final few seconds.
And no team are winning!

'Would love to be in a position to say the quality of this game has dramatically improved but, alas, we are not that fortunate.
Liverpool have had most of the possession but not made Boaz Myhill work. West Brom have worked tirelessly to keep them at arms length.'
From Sportsmail's Rob Draper at the Hawthorns:
'Terribly placid performance from all involved at The Hawthorns. Everyone seems to have their mind on the Dubai/Florida/Marbella beaches.'
It's been coming and on the cusp of half-time Nelson Oliviera heads home Sigurdsson's corner.
'What a dreadful half. QPR are nowhere near as impressive as they were against Chelsea and this is a game they need to win. Crowd getting annoyed.'
'Julian Speroni has been the hero for Crystal Palace this half, as he has so often over the last two season.
'The Argentine has been an assured presence, first making a crucial double-save of Sone Aluko and Tom Huddlestone efforts then thwarting a Jake Livermore attempt.
'The away side have been on top so far but Steve Bruce will be hoping he isn't left to dwell on his team's missed opportunities.'
Just how costly will that Charlie Austin penalty miss prove for QPR come the end of the season? The Hoops are still level at Loftus Road, but West Ham have done their fair share of attacking as Kevin Nolan gets the better of Richard Dunne before seeing a weak shot comfortably saved by Rob Green.
'Really, really low key at The Hawthorns. Plenty of possession for Liverpool. Only chance a Gerrard free kick and a Balotelli half volley.'
Sunderland started well, but since then Stoke have been swarming all over the Black Cats. Only Pantilimon is keeping the Black Cats in this as he does well to hold a powerful Marko Arnautovic drive. It's all Stoke!
'That’s three goals in April for Charlie Adam after the Stoke midfielder had only scored two up to that point in the season.
'That one wasn’t quite up there with his strike from halfway at Chelsea but it was unstoppable all the same.
'If Sunderland hoped that Stoke might have stepped off the gas a bit today judging by the early gifted goal, they can think again. Mark Hughes’s side fully deserved their equaliser.'
'Well that livened up. Nothing happens for 22 minutes and then Austin has a penalty saved. West Ham fans are singing 'that's why you're going down'.'
'Emmanuel Riviere has spent the majority of this season in second gear. So the sight of him hitting fifth and burning by Angel Rangel to set up Ayoze Perez for the opening goal was something of a surprise.
'Credit to him, though, perhaps there is a player in there after all. Now he just needs his first Premier League goal.'
'The Leicester fans started out making all the noise here but are being drowned out now by home supporters looking for a first goal in almost seven hours from their team.
'Burnley have been goalless in their last four matches, and their only three goals in their last nine games have come against Manchester City (in a win), at Chelsea (in a draw) and at Old Trafford (in a defeat).
'Danny Ings needs his drought to end smartish or you fear the only Town in the Premier League will be down.'
Jermain Defoe misses a top chance to double Sunderland's lead and Stoke go straight down the other and equalise through Charlie Adam - who finished into the top corner from 15 yards. Fine margins these relegation battles.
James Collins is penalised for handball, but the pressure is too much for Charlie Austin who fires straight at Adrian from the penalty spot.
I imagine it wasn't just West Ham fans cheering that save. All corners of Turf Moor would have greeted that 12-yard failure rather well.
Swansea are punished for missing early chances as Ayoze Perez converts following an Emmanuel Riviere cross. rare smiles all round for the Toon.
'Real end of season feel to this game. No shots on target, not even any shots.
'Nothing to report so far of note bar Steven Gerrard getting a warm reception from the home fans on making his 500th Premier League appearance, the latest landmark of his glittering career.'
Not too may chances at Turf Moor, but Lukas Jutkiewicz is causing all sorts of problems in the penalty box...in Leicester's favour!
The Foxes are perhaps unfortunate not to win a penalty as the striker goes to head clear while defending, only for the ball to hit his arm. Play on is waved.
So can it get worse for Newcastle? It very nearly did. Swansea nearly take the lead from a corner but Gylfi Sigurdsson's delivery is turned wide by Ashley Williams.
Brilliant chance for Hull - wbut it somehow ends in comical fashion! Robbie Brady's cross is whipped in and from five yards out Dame N'Doye somehow misses and ends up turning the ball back from where it came from. Shocking effort.
Stoke would have been stunned by that Sunderland opener but they have responded well as Jon Walters sees an effort well saved by Black Cats keeper Costel Pantilimon.
Chance for Palace! But it's another shot is cleared off the line as Glenn Murray's powerful shot from inside the box looked like giving the Eagles the lead.
'Newcastle have not lost seven on the spin in the top flight since 1977. John Carver does not want to be the man with that record to his name and his side have made a positive start here, Jonas Gutierrez in particular taking the game to Swansea from the centre of the park.'
'The game at Selhurst Park has just got underway after an impeccably observed minutes silence for the victims of the Bradford fire.
'Steve Bruce's Hull side need a win to avoid being dragged into the relegation mire. The manager will also be keeping a close eye on proceedings at Turf Moor where fellow strugglers Burnley and Leicester are playing each other.
'Alan Pardew, meanwhile, used his programme notes to take responsibility for 'tactical errors' which led to an unexpected defeat to West Brom last week and pledged to bounce back here.'
Nearly a dream first league start for Reece Burke, but the West Ham defender sees his header from a Matt Jarvis corner cleared off the line by Nedum Onuoha.
What a start for Sunderland! It's a gift for the Black Cats though as Asmir Begovic makes the mess of a low cross from Will Buckley which allows Connor Wickham to pounce on the loose ball and convert.
'Extraordinarily warm applause for Steven Gerrard from West Brom fans as PA announces he’s making 500th appearance.'

Steven Gerrard leads out Liverpool at the Hawthorns to a backdrop of Insomnia by Faithless.
Honours even at Southampton, despite the best attempts of the home side to snatch a winner at St Mary's.
It pretty much extinguishes any slim hopes of finishing in the top four for Southampton and Tottenham as both climb above Liverpool into fifth and sixth respectively - for now at least.

Jonas Gutierrez returns to the Newcastle starting line-up for Saturday's Barclays Premier League clash with Swansea after making peace with head coach John Carver.
The 31-year-old midfielder was left out of the squad for last weekend's 3-1 defeat by Tottenham, but goes straight back into the team as he and striker Emmanuel Riviere replaced Mehdi Abeid and Yoan Gouffran.
Swansea also make two changes with Nathan Dyer and Jefferson Montero, making his first start since February, coming in for Ki Sung-yueng and Magpies old boy Wayne Routledge.

Leicester, on the back of three successive wins, also make two changes with Danny Drinkwater and Paul Konchesky replacing Jeffrey Schlupp and Andrej Kramaric.
Mo Diame missed out on Hull's Premier League clash at Crystal Palace, with the Senegal midfielder failing a late fitness test due to knee trouble.
Robbie Brady slots in for Alex Bruce in boss Steve Bruce's only change as Hull seek to edge away from the relegation zone.

Of course they could just be focused on the task in hand, but I just wonder if they are still suffering from that surprise FA Cup semi-final defeat by Aston Villa last weekend.
A decent game has already opened up today's action, with Southampton and Tottenham level at half-time in the fight for what could be the last Europa League spot in sixth.
Graziano Pelle pounced on comical Tottenham defending (I know, who would have thought it?!) to put the Saints ahead, before Erik Lamela equalised before half-time.
There is a suspicion of handball from the Argentine but he has cool hair and that's what counts, right?

None of the top four are featuring in the matches kicking off at 3pm, but frankly who needs them?
