He is a target for Manchester United and Chelsea and Spurs have reportedly begun the search for his replacement.
According to the Telegraph, the London club believe Sessegnon could be the man to fill his boots.
Spurs tried to sign the teenager during the summer. But they saw a proposal worth up to £25million for the full-back rejected in the last transfer window.
Sessegnon scored a hat-trick in the 5-4 Championship win against Sheffield United last week
The likes of Manchester United and Liverpool have also expressed an interest in the 17-year-old, who signed his first professional deal with Fulham earlier this year.
And as reported by Sportsmail last week, Sessegnon's contract at Fulham has no buy-back clause.
He is expected to be the subject of a bidding war in the summer, with the Championship side hoping for at least £30m for their prized asset.
