Would you pick a Sir Bobby Charlton credit card? Virgin Money targets Manchester Utd fans with club hero designs
Virgin Money is offering Manchester United fans the chance to vote for their favourite of a selection of four new credit card designs, featuring some of the club’s top heroes.
The four-strong line-up of designs were created by illustrator, and Red Devils fan, Stanley Chow.
They include England's 1966 World Cup legend Sir Bobby Charlton, Bryan Robson - who played for Manchester United more than 450 times - and legendary striking duo Dwight Yorke and Andrew Cole.
Fans can also vote for a card depicting, Sir Bobby Charlton, George Best and Denis Law, who led the club to their first European Cup victory in 1968.
Club heroes: Virgin Money wants fans to cast their votes to decide the winning design
Anyone can vote for their favourite here and the design that receives the most votes before November 24 will be turned into a limited edition credit card.
New credit card customers will be able to pick the design when they sign up, and existing customers can ask for one if they want one, according to Virgin Money.
These will be available during the January transfer window, which runs from Monday 1 to 31 January.
Virgin Money is the official retail financial services partner of the team in the UK, and already offers fans several savings accounts, including its Double Champions E-Isa.
The account promises a boosted rate of 3.2 per cent if Jose Mourinho's team go on to win both the Premier League and the Emirates FA Cup this season. If they don't it pays a lower 1.2 per cent.
Virgin Money also offers its full range of credit cards - which includes some of the most competitive balance transfer and money transfer promotions on the market - with the European Cup winner’s crest on.

Cardholders who opt for a Manchester United credit card will also be signed up to the United Rewards scheme that comes with prizes, including free matchday tickets, signed shirts and hospitality tickets.
The new designs could prove a hit with fans wanting to flash their team colors every time they open their wallet, but they should avoid picking any of its cards simply for the design.

Sainsbury's Bank currently takes the top spot with a 31-month offer. The card also currently offers 1,000 Nectar points for every £35 spend in stores within the first two months, up to a maximum 10,000 points.
