Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly keen to offload Henrikh Mkhitaryan to make room for the transfer of Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil next season.
According to the Daily Mirror, the Red Devils believe they could get close to the full £30million they paid Borussia Dortmund for Mkhitaryan last season, despite him not being a regular this term after a dip in form.
The Armenia international has had his moments at Old Trafford, but got off to a poor start by barely playing and now finds himself frozen out by Mourinho once again.
Fans will question the Portuguese’s decision-making here, with United lacking that kind of spark and creativity that Mkhitaryan brings in the recent defeat to Manchester City.

It’s easy to imagine the 28-year-old could shine for most other top clubs, and if he does move for just £30m many suitors will surely see that as a potential bargain.
Still, the Mirror claim United would rather bring in Ozil on a free transfer to fill that creative role in their side, and the Germany international is arguably more proven at this level.
Despite some inconsistency himself, the Gunners star has notched up impressive passing and chance-creation statistics during his time at the Emirates Stadium, having previously also shone whilst working under Mourinho at Real Madrid.
