WATCH: Stoke City defender Glen Johnson falls flat on his face as he plays plays round of golf

Sometimes it is best to stick to what you know and Stoke City full-back Glen Johnson should take note.

The former England international decided it would be wise to hit the golf course ahead of Stoke’s upcoming match against Crystal Palace.

However, on this evidence it would probably be better for Johnson if he put away the clubs, went home, and put the kettle on.

After a wayward shot, the ex-Liverpool man decided to take on a shot in a very precarious location.

Unfortunately for him, as he attempted to hit the shot of the decade, his feet gave way and he duly face-planted the ground.
