Transfer news: Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham all keen on Monaco defender Djibril Sidibe

Arsenal, Manchester City and Tottenham are all vying for the signature of Monaco defender Djibril Sidibe.

The 24-year-old starred for the French champions this season after joining from Lille last summer and he is one of a number of players who could leave the club.

Playmaker Bernardo Silva has already joined Manchester City for a reported £43m and right-back Benjamin Mendy could follow him to the Etihad for a similar fee.

Plenty of Monaco's other top talents could now be heading out the door too and, according to L'Equipe, Sidibe may well be one of the next to go as Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City are all chasing him.

The Premier League trio are said to have notified Monaco about their interest in the left-back and the French club are weighing up what to do as a result.

Sidibe has been linked with a move to England in the past and he reportedly rejected an offer from Arsenal last summer when he left Lille.

That has not put the Gunners off reviving their interest, however this time they will be joined in their pursuit by both Manchester City and Spurs.
